My research interests revolve around socially responsible management. These include ethical leadership and decision-making, managing diversity in organizations, health and safety training in the workplace, and decision-making for sustainability. Currently, I am examining contextual and individual difference antecedents to behaviors supportive of sustainability (e.g., support for fair trade products, environmental sustainable preferences). In addition, I am examining the role of the contextual salience of religion in shaping socially responsible decision-making.
