My research interests center mostly on the influence of cognition and affect in decision-making, as they relate to areas such as behavioral ethics, perceptions of diversity, and occupational safety training. Currently, I am examining the influence of emotions such as fear and guilt, as well as the individual and contextual dimensions of religion, on learning and decision-making in organizational settings.
